Hintech Energy is a green-tech startup specializing in providing comprehensive CNG automobile cylinder hydrotesting services and periodic calibration of CNG Cascades for OMCs, ensuring the highest safety and reliability standards using advanced testing techniques.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Hintech Energy Vadakara, Calicut.
The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies and equipment, handle PESO documentation, Customer relationship and booking management, employee management, Zoho accounts entries and ensure seamless administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, offering excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient communication to support internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including managing schedules, documents, and general office operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with team members and clients
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is must
- Knowledge of basic accounting and record-keeping is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role and a degree in BBA, BCA or BCom is beneficial
