Job Description

  • Identify, onboard, and develop suppliers for heavy equipment spare parts (OEM & aftermarket)
  • Source parts based on technical specifications, urgency, and customer requirements
  • Manage RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Build strong vendor relationships and ensure consistent quality, pricing, and delivery
  • Explore alternate sourcing options for hard-to-find or critical components
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and reduce downtime
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays or quality
  • Maintain sourcing data, vendor database, and pricing benchmarks using ERP/tools



    • Requirements

    Graduation
    Sales / Sourcing Experience in OEM
