Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Gurugram, India. The Occupational Therapist will work directly with children, assessing their developmental needs and creating customized therapy plans. Responsibilities include implementing therapy strategies, monitoring progress, collaborating with families, and documenting treatment processes. The role contributes to building a safe and supportive environment that fosters independence and growth for children with diverse abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, with knowledge of therapeutic practices and interventions
• Experience in Rehabilitation and Pediatrics, with an understanding of child development and care
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with children, parents, and team members
• A degree in Occupational Therapy and relevant licensure (if applicable)
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
