Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement patient-specific therapy programs to support children in overcoming developmental challenges. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing therapy goals, delivering individualized treatments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate a child’s social, physical, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy, focused on evaluating and enhancing fine motor skills, sensory-motor integration, and achieving developmental milestones.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Pediatrics techniques to support children with varying developmental needs.
• Demonstrated ability in effective Communication, including the capacity to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized therapy plans.
• A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, with relevant certification and licensure.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children with developmental challenges.
