Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Occupational Therapist at our Bengaluru North (near Thanisandra, MCECHS layout, SRK nagar) location. The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy to pediatric clients, focusing on skill development and rehabilitation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing developmental needs, facilitating therapy sessions, documenting progress, and engaging with caregivers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics to address developmental needs in children
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation techniques and Medicine related to pediatric therapy
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with parents/caregivers
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Occupational Therapy only
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting
• Dedication to providing compassionate care and tailored therapy approaches
