Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at our clinic in Karnataka, India. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, design, and implement individualized therapy plans for patients experiencing challenges related to hearing, speech, and balance. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with patients across various age groups, providing tailored rehabilitation programs, collaborating with specialists, and educating patients and their families on therapy goals and progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine to support therapeutic practices
• Effective communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Experience working with diverse age groups, particularly Pediatrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address patient needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, multidisciplinary clinical setting
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (as applicable by regional standards) and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
