Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Only)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for Order to Cash (O2C) operations with strong expertise in Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, and Collections using ERP systems. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2C process including invoice management and payment tracking
• Perform cash application activities and allocate customer payments accurately
• Handle Accounts Receivable aging analysis and reconciliation
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments and collections
• Resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and short payments
• Process credit/debit notes and maintain customer accounts
• Prepare AR reports, collection reports, and MIS reports
• Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, etc.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and quality targets are met
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for issue resolution
  
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in O2C / AR / Collections / Cash Applications
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Others)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good Excel and reporting knowledge
• Ability to work in shifts
