Role Description The Nutrition - Consultant is a on-site role based in Delhi, Noida & Gurugram. The consultant will provide individualized diet and nutrition counselling to employees referred through EAP and wellness programs, including assessment of nutritional needs, development of meal plans, and ongoing progress reviews. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person consultations, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and collaborating with counsellors, psychologists, and wellness professionals to deliver integrated care. The role also involves designing educational materials, facilitating group sessions or workshops on nutrition and lifestyle, and contributing to organization-wide wellness initiatives. The consultant will support crisis and special programs where diet and nutrition play a key role, while adhering to ethical, evidence-based practice and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in nutrition science and dietetics, including assessment, meal planning, and therapeutic nutrition.
• Skills in client counselling, health education, and behavior change interventions for diverse populations.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals and wellness specialists.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills, with attention to confidentiality and data security.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience in corporate wellness, EAP settings, or clinical practice is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Delhi, Gurugram & Noida and engaging with employees from varied backgrounds in an inclusive, non-judgmental manner.
