Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi for the role of Nursing Tutor. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering course materials for nursing students, conducting lectures, and facilitating interactive sessions. The role involves mentoring students in academic and practical settings, providing guidance on clinical practices, and organizing nursing skill development workshops and simulations. Additionally, the Nursing Tutor will evaluate student performance, assist with curriculum development, and collaborate with other faculty members to promote academic excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Nursing and Nursing Education, with strong foundational and clinical knowledge
  • Experience in Tutoring and Lecturing, with the ability to create and deliver engaging educational content
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor students
  • Postgraduate degree in Nursing or a related field (required) and valid professional nursing certification/license
  • Prior teaching experience, particularly in nursing or healthcare education, is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional ethics and development
  • A passion for teaching and a dedication to fostering the growth of skilled healthcare professionals
