This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located in Noida. The Nurse will be responsible for providing medical care, monitoring residents' health, administering medication, and supporting overall well-being. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with caregivers, maintaining accurate health records, educating residents and families on care plans, and contributing to a safe and secure environment. Empathy, adherence to healthcare protocols, and a commitment to dignity in caregiving are key to this role.

• Proficiency in administering medication, first aid, and basic medical care
• Skills in health assessment, monitoring vitals, and managing chronic conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and their families
• Knowledge of geriatric care practices and understanding of diverse eldercare needs
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Compassionate approach to caregiving and a commitment to maintaining residents’ dignity
• Certification or a bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Previous experience in elder care or residential care facilities is a strong advantage
• Flexibility, patience, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency response protocols
