This is an on-site, full-time role for a NRI Relationship Manager located in Varahi. Responsibilities include managing and growing the bank’s relationship with the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer segment by understanding their banking and financial needs. The role involves acquiring new NRI clients, deepening existing customer relationships, handling account-related queries, and offering tailor-made banking solutions. The NRI Relationship Manager will also stay updated on banking regulations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management, client engagement, and understanding financial needs
• Experience in handling NRI customers and knowledge of NRI banking products and services
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively
• Working knowledge of banking operations, compliance guidelines, and financial services
• Proficiency in the local language and familiarity with the regional demographic is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preference may be given)
• Knowledge of digital banking and its applications
