What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers
- Schedule pool service, maintenance, and repair appointments
- Create and send service quotes and obtain customer approvals
- Communicate with technicians regarding service issues, alerts, and updates
- Follow up with customers regarding services, repairs, and satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company software
- Support sales and service operations through organized follow-ups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, professional demeanor when handling customer concerns
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools is a plus
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred (but not required)
- Established, growing company with a strong reputation
