Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end recruitment and work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This role involves sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering a great candidate experience.
- Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Manage intake, sourcing, interviews, and offer closure.
- Mortgage Domain Focus: Experience hiring for roles like: Appraisal Review, Title Review, Title Order, and Insurance.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver clear communication, guidance, and high‑touch engagement.
- Data‑Driven Approach: Use funnel insights to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
- Hybrid Work: 4 days in office, 1 day remote overlapping European time zone (first 5–6 months).
- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in the mortgage industry (mandatory).
- Strong sourcing expertise across corporate and mortgage functions.
- Proficiency with Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- 📍 Bangalore-based candidates preferred
- 💼 Experience 4-10 years
- 🏢 4 days' work from office + 1 day remote
- 🌍 Willingness to work in European time zone overlap with global teams for the first 5-6 months.
