Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js and Node.js. ? Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. ? Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. ? Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality and reliability. ? Optimize front-end performance, improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID), and enhance overall application responsiveness. ? Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and inefficient rendering. ? Participate in code reviews, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability. ? Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ? 5?7 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, with strong expertise in Next.js and Node.js. ? Experience with React ecosystem, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), and API development. ? Solid understanding of web performance metrics and experience optimizing Core Web Vitals. ? Proficient in testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Playwright. ? Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. ? Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices. ? Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) is a plus. ? Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. ? Kubernetes based container deployment of the application Nice to Have: ? Experience with Edge Functions, Serverless architectures, or Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for performance optimization. ? Exposure to WebSockets, Kafka, or real-time data streaming. ? Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Location: Noida (WFO)
