Node.js Developer CLM Back - End (India, Offshore)

We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer based in India/ Kenya to support back-end integrations for the end-to-end CLM Transformation Program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain back-end integrations for CLM platforms using Node.js
• Build and optimize messaging infrastructure using Solace and Kafka
• Implement and manage Redis caching, ElasticSearch, and database layers (MongoDB, MS SQL)
• Collaborate with onshore teams to deliver against program milestones
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Node.js proficiency
• Experience with messaging systems (Solace, Kafka, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Working knowledge of MS SQL
• Strong communication skills for cross-geography collaboration
• Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML, or CLM workflows is an asset
