About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer (4–6 years experience) to join the Core Video Team.

You will work directly with the CTO and handle high-impact projects. This role involves building and scaling backend systems that power video processing and live streaming, serving billions of requests daily.

This is an ownership-driven role — you will take responsibility from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend systems for video processing and streaming
• Design → Develop → Test → Deploy features end-to-end
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to product improvements and new features

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of backend development experience
• Strong experience in JavaScript / Node.js (preferred) or any modern backend language
• Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Experience building scalable API-based and distributed systems
• Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience with FFmpeg
• Knowledge of media processing or streaming systems
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science preferred)
