Primary Title: Node.js Developer About The Opportunity A technology services company operating in the B2B SaaS & telecom-enabled services sector, building scalable backend systems that power customer communications and real-time workflows. We develop high-throughput APIs and data-driven services that integrate with communication platforms, analytics pipelines and third-party systems. We are hiring an on-site Node.js Developer in India who brings strong backend expertise and hands-on database cursor experience to deliver performant, production-grade services. Role & Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain scalable Node.js services and RESTful APIs using Express.js that handle high concurrency and low-latency SLAs. Author efficient data access code using MongoDB?optimize queries, aggregation pipelines and cursor-driven streaming for large datasets. Own end-to-end feature delivery: API contracts, implementation, integration tests and deployment readiness in CI/CD pipelines. Diagnose performance issues and implement improvements (indexing, query tuning, caching, connection pooling, async patterns). Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain reliability and code quality. Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to ship features on-site, participate in sprint planning, and support production incidents when required.
