Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an NLP Senior Developer based in Salem, with flexibility for some remote work. The NLP Senior Developer will work on designing, building, and deploying natural language processing models and solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating NLP systems into business applications, enhancing chatbot and AI infrastructure, and ensuring performance optimization. The role also involves researching state-of-the-art NLP methodologies to continuously improve systems. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Expertise in Python, Elastic Search, REST API, Back-End Development Experience with designing and maintaining scalable systems and applications Knowledge of natural language processing models, algorithms, and frameworks Proficiency in working with AI systems, chatbot development, and data-driven decision-making Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience in the construction or materials domain is a plus
