JOB SUMMARY

The Night Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work along with the operation during the overnight shift. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions and handling general Front Office Supervisor duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel (same or similar position)

·       Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision

·       Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot

·       Strong computer skills including MS Office. OPERA knowledge is a plus

·       Fluent in English and Hungarian, additional language is an advantage

·       Refined verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner

·       Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming

·       Comply at all times with Hyatt standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations

·       Complete the Night Audit checklist

·       Fulfill all Front Office functions between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

·       Handle and follow through on all guest requests
