About The Open Role

We are looking for a Node.js / MongoDB / AWS Developer to join our Night Operations team, working closely with the Network Operations Center (NOC).

This role focuses on maintaining platform stability during off-hours, responding to production incidents, and implementing quick technical fixes when necessary. You will play an important role in ensuring our systems remain stable, responsive, and reliable during night-time operations.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor production systems in collaboration with the NOC team
• Investigate, triage, and resolve incoming technical incidents or partner requests
• Apply quick technical fixes to maintain platform uptime and performance
• Analyze recurring incidents and suggest long-term technical improvements
• Ensure logs, alerts, and monitoring tools are functioning properly
• Collaborate with engineering teams to hand over key findings to day teams
• Maintain clear documentation of overnight incidents and resolutions
  
  

Tech Stack Tools

• Backend: Node.js
• Database: MongoDB
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
• Monitoring Tools: Datadog / Grafana / New Relic (or similar)
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js development
• Strong experience with MongoDB in production environments
• Solid understanding of AWS services, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience with production debugging and incident resolution
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong communication skills for coordination and documentation
• Experience with high-load transactional platformsis a strong advantage
  
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with incident management practices (ITIL or similar)
• Experience working in NOC / SRE / production support environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
  
  

Work Schedule

This role supports our systems during off-hours coverage.

Night Shift Developer

• Shift hours: 21:00 – 09:00
• Rotation: alternating weekly schedule
• Week 1 _ 4 shifts
• Week 2 _ 3 shifts
• Breaks included during the shift
  

Example Rotation

Week 1: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sun

Week 2: Tue / Thu / Sat

Weekend Day Shift Developer

• Shift hours: 09:00 – 21:00
• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays
• Breaks included during the shift
