Nexthink Developer – Automation (PowerShell / Shell) 📍 Location: Pan India 🏢 Company Type: Leading MNC 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 👤 Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) 🕒 Experience: 3+ Years 🔹 About the Role We are hiring for a global MNC looking for a skilled Nexthink Developer with strong scripting experience. The ideal candidate will develop automation solutions using PowerShell , Shell scripting , and optionally Python , while working closely with clients in an Agile environment . This is an IC role with direct client interaction and opportunities to contribute to large-scale digital experience automation initiatives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using the Nexthink platform . Build robust automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting . Work closely with client teams in an Agile environment, including sprint planning and Jira-based tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows. Maintain clean documentation for scripts, automation processes, and change tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline automation initiatives. 🔹 Required Skills Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting . Hands-on experience building automation on the Nexthink platform . Experience working in Agile frameworks with Jira . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle direct client interaction as an IC. 🔹 Good to Have Python scripting experience. Exposure to ITSM or DEX (Digital Employee Experience) platforms.
