We?re Hiring: New Product Development Manager ( We?re looking for s omeone who sits at the intersection of product, sourcing & brand, can spot a great idea, turn it into a real product & make sure it fits the market, the brand and the unit economics.) Location: Dehradun Type: Full-Time What You?ll Do ? Lead NPD from idea to launch across toys/play and home-lifestyle ? Research trends, competitors, materials, and pricing ? Source vendors in India/China, manage sampling, negotiate costs ? Evaluate materials across wood, plastics, coatings, adhesives and FMCG-adjacent categories ? Build PRDs, run testing, and ensure basic quality checks ? Coordinate with design, marketing, and ops for packaging, shoots, and launches ? Own timelines, QC, documentation, and SKU lifecycle ? Drive product-market fit decisions based on D2C, Amazon, and consumer insights Who You Are ? 2?6 years in NPD, category management, sourcing, or brand/NPD hybrid roles ? Hands-on experience launching physical products end-to-end ? Strong research ability and comfort working with manufacturers ? Understanding of D2C fundamentals: pricing, margins, packaging weight, logistics ? Aesthetic sense and high attention to detail ? Tools: Google Sheets, Notion, basic Figma/Canva Bonus ? Experience in toys, stationery, home, lifestyle, or FMCG ? Exposure to Amazon launches or A+ content ?
