Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The New Product Development Manager will oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of innovative and market-ready furniture solutions. Responsibilities include conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing industry best practices to align with market demands and trends. The role also emphasizes leading R&D initiatives to refine existing products and launch new product lines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management, with a proven ability to manage innovation-focused projects efficiently.
• Solid knowledge of Food Technology and Food Science, especially in relation to product design and materials.
• Background in the Food Industry, preferred if relevant to furniture design and materials, is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and quality assurance is highly desirable.
