Job Description (JD)
Lead New Product Development activities for fabrication and heavy fabrication projects from product concept to successful production launch.

Handle complete project execution including design coordination, process planning, prototype development, and production readiness.

Strong knowledge in fabrication manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly, and heavy structural fabrication.

Coordinate with customers, design teams, production, quality, purchase, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Develop manufacturing process flow, production methods, tooling requirements, and cost optimization strategies for new products.

Review engineering drawings, BOM, customer specifications, and technical requirements to ensure manufacturability and quality compliance.

Lead process improvement and value engineering initiatives to improve productivity, reduce rejection, and optimize manufacturing cost.

Support production teams in resolving fabrication, welding, dimensional, and process-related technical issues during development and mass production stages.

Ensure implementation of quality standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements across all NPD activities.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams by providing technical guidance, project monitoring, and performance support to achieve organizational goals.

Qualification
