Who We’re Looking For-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – New Product Development (NPD) who will assist in developing new Ayurvedic and nutraceutical products. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations, product formulation, documentation, label compliance, and coordination with manufacturers to ensure smooth product development and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in new product development (NPD) from concept to launch
• Work closely with third-party manufacturers and vendors for product development and production
• Coordinate with manufacturers for product formulation, sampling, and product trials
• Ensure FSSAI regulatory compliance for all new product developments
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including formulation sheets, product specifications, and regulatory files
• Review and ensure label compliance as per FSSAI guidelines
• Coordinate internally with marketing, design, and operations teams during product launch stages
• Maintain records of ingredient specifications, certificates, and quality documents
• Assist in product improvement and reformulation projects if required
• Support in packaging development and compliance checks

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in New Product Development / Regulatory / Product Executive roles
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations and regulatory compliance
• Understanding of product formulation and nutraceutical/Ayurvedic ingredients
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers is preferred.
• Knowledge of label compliance and packaging regulations
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Background in Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field preferred
