Network Specialist (L2)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Network Specialist (L2) located in Bhubaneswar. The role entails managing and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing and overseeing network security measures, and designing networking solutions based on organizational needs. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity, performance, and security of systems.

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Networking for efficient operation and management of IT infrastructures
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve network-related hardware and software issues
• Expertise in Network Security to prevent vulnerabilities and manage system defenses effectively
• Experience in Network Design to conceptualize and implement scalable, high-performance network solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable
