We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NSO Engineer RACI Database to join our growing team in a permanent capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix for network engineering processes and systems.
• Manage and update the RACI database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with network engineering, system administration, and project management teams to gather information for RACI matrix development and refinement.
• Utilize database management skills, including SQL, to query, analyze, and report on RACI data for process improvement and risk assessment.
• Contribute to configuration management efforts by ensuring network device configurations align with defined RACI responsibilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation related to network architecture, processes, and RACI assignments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the RACI database and its integration with other network management tools.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Network Engineering.
• Proven experience with RACI Matrix development and management.
• Solid understanding of Database Management principles.
• Proficiency in managing and working with Network Protocols.
• Experience in System Administration.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management best practices.
• Strong IT Documentation skills.
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving abilities.
• Demonstrated Data Analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration skills.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+).
• Experience with specific network monitoring or management platforms.
• Further experience in database administration or data governance.
