Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IP Networking QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team within the IP Networking division of a leading Mobile Network Operator (MNO). The successful candidate will be responsible for ACI and routing operations, feature validation, network optimization, and automation. Responsibilities: ACI and IP Routing Operations: Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI and IP routing infrastructure. Ensure network stability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Feature Validation: Design and execute test plans for new network features and enhancements. Validate network configurations and changes to ensure compliance with design specifications. Network Optimization: Analyse network performance and implement optimization strategies. Identify and resolve network bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline network operations. Implement automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Required Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IP networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs and VPNs. Proficiency in network protocols such as BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, and TCP/IP. Encapsulation protocol like VXLAN and Control plane protocol like EVPN to build highly scalable IP fabric. Hands-on experience with network testing tools (e.g., Wireshark, Ixia, Spirent) and network management systems. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation. Familiarity with network security principles and practices. Process Knowledge: Understanding of FCAP (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance Management) and ITIL processes. Experience: 10-12 years of experience in IP networking and Quality Assurance Certifications: Preferred CCIE, or relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP
