Job Description

Job Title: Network Engineer- Cisco SDWAN Migration Specialist Location: Remote/ India Experience :6-9 years Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Deploy, and support large-scale campus networks, ensuring high availability and scalability. Configure and maintain Cisco Catalyst and Meraki switches, including implementing VSS (Virtual Switching System) for core redundancy and performance. Deploy and manage Meraki and Mist wireless infrastructure, ensuring optimal coverage, security, and performance. Administer and troubleshoot DHCP and DNS services, ensuring seamless network access and name resolution. Implement and support Juniper WAN solutions for secure and reliable site-to-site connectivity. Conduct network assessments, capacity planning, and documentation of design and topology. Monitor network performance, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis. Manage network projects from planning to execution, including vendor coordination and change management. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or optimizations as needed. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support planned network migrations, maintenance windows, and critical business needs. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, particularly in campus environments. Strong hands-on expertise with: Cisco Catalyst and Meraki switching Mist (Juniper) and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi solutions DNS and DHCP Juniper WAN solutions Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, and STP. Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Meraki Dashboard, Mist Cloud, DNA center, etc.) Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
