Network Automation Engineer (NetDevOps) ? Job Overview We are hiring skilled Automation Developers to support the automation and integration landscape of a global connectivity workspace. This role focuses on developing end-to-end workflows across multiple platforms, standardizing network configurations using YANG modelling, and delivering scalable integration solutions. You will be embedded in a technical environment working with automation, orchestration, APIs, and network configuration tools to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization. ?? Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation solutions integrating systems such as Ansible, ServiceNow, and GitHub. Build and maintain API-based integrations (RESTCONF & NETCONF) using XML and JSON. Develop Python scripts and embed logic within Ansible playbooks. Create Ansible playbooks for network orchestration and workflow automation. Standardize network configurations using YANG modelling for Cisco routers and switches. Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues to ensure efficiency, reliability, and security. Test, document, and version all integration processes and design decisions. Monitor performance of automation solutions and recommend improvements. Participate in agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and technical discussions. Provide support and knowledge transfer to IT peers on integrated systems. ?? Required Technical Skills (Must-Have) Automation & Orchestration: Ansible Playbooks ? 5+ years Programming: Python & Ansible ? 5+ years ITSM / CMDB: ServiceNow or similar platforms ? 5+ years Version Control: GitHub ? 5+ years Network Modelling: YANG ? 5+ years APIs: RESTCONF & NETCONF (XML/JSON) ? Preferred / Should-Have Skills Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Azure CI/CD pipelines Linux OS Additional tools: Apache, MySQL, OpenAPI, Jinja2, Git ?? Qualifications & Experience 6?10 years of professional IT experience. Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Background in IT service delivery (ITIL preferred). Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements. Solid understanding of WAN, LAN, WLAN, IP management, DNS, and DHCP. Preferred certifications: Cisco DevNet Professional (Cisco DevNet Professional), Cisco CCNP. ??
