Job Title: Network & Security Engineer - L1 Location: Mumbai Department: IT Infrastructure Experience: 0 ? 1 Years (Freshers with technical certifications can also apply) Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift (Mandatory) Budget: As per Standard Stipend if freshers : 10,000 ? 12,000 per month during the initial 3-month training period About Swan Solutions Swan Solutions & Services Pvt. Role Overview We are hiring Network Engineers (L1) to provide first-level technical support for our enterprise clients. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, assisting with branch networking maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for technical freshers or early-career professionals to start and grow in the enterprise networking domain. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for network incidents and escalations. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN and switch connectivity issues. Handle incident management and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams. Support in implementing and maintaining defined switch configuration templates. Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and network documentation. Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors for problem resolution. Adhere to SOPs and ITIL processes during issue management. Required Skills Strong understanding of networking fundamentals ? IP addressing, VLANs, routing, and switching. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Certifications CCNA // MCSE / JNCIA or equivalent certification (Mandatory) Additional certifications in Aruba, Fortinet, or Cybersecurity will be an added advantage. Soft Skills Eagerness to learn and grow in network & security technologies. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
