The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in NetSuite (SuiteSuccess methodology), project management, and cross- functional collaboration, helping clients transform their business operations through tailored ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Have experience in Leading and managing full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations Partner with clients to conduct business process discovery, identify system gaps, and design scalable solutions. Be proficient in Configuring and optimize NetSuite modules including: ? Core Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) ? Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report ? Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Advanced Manufacturing (this section is a must have) ? SuiteProjects, Advanced Financials, Advanced Revenue Management Configured and optimized NetSuite modules such as Core Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Demand Planning, Advanced Manufacturing, SuiteProjects, and Advanced Financials. Delivered multi-level BOMs, Routing, Work Centers, and MRP planning for manufacturing clients in the U.S. Implemented lot tracking, expiration control, and quality inspection flows Developed real-time dashboards and analytics for C-level executives and plant managers, providing live insights into production, procurement, and financial performance. Enabled serialized tracking and MES integration for robotics and electronics manufacturing, ensuring traceability, efficiency, and seamless shop floor-to-ERP connectivity. Manage all project resources (internal teams, subcontractors) and oversee scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables. (nice to have) Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations in alignment with business needs. Provide training, post-go-live support, and change management guidance to ensure long-term ERP adoption. (nice to have) Collaborate with stakeholders (executives, finance, operations, manufacturing) to deliver measurable business outcomes. (nice to have) Work across industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Software, Food & Beverages, Apparel, Furniture, Robotics, and Oilfield Equipment.
