CRM And E-commerce Job Description We are seeking a skilled NetSuite ERP Business Analyst to configure and integrate CRM and e-commerce applications with our NetSuite ERP. You will need to: Work with project managers to capture configuration requirements from stakeholders. Translate those requirements into sound NetSuite configurations. Execute projects to configure CRM and e-commerce tools to meet our requirements. Train key users to use new system configurations. The ERP Business Analyst should have a high degree of technical expertise and business/financial acumen, as well as strong results-orientation, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. They will also need to be knowledgeable about IT systems and accounting processes. The ERP Business Analyst should have 3-5 years of excellent experience managing NetSuite deployments and new integrations. Key Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, ERP Architect, or a similar role. Strong background in CRM tools and processes. Experience with e-commerce tools such as SuiteCommerce, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, and ERP Consultant certifications are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Mapping and Understanding Business Processes: Identify requirements, scope, and objectives related to business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Streamlining Operations: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage NetSuite capabilities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. ERP System Configuration: Translate business requirements into ERP solutions by designing functions and workflows. Manage internal and external resources to complete system configuration changes. Ensure integrations with other applications to support business operations. Project Management: Manage resources to ensure that tasks are completed so that implementations meet assigned deadlines. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system. Manage data imports, exports, and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality. Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users. Troubleshoot issues and resolve system-related problems to ensure smooth operation. Creating Documentation: Write and execute functional test plans, user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other documentation to support system use and maintenance.
