Job Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP system. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the system meets their needs and supports our business processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, and security settings. Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business requirements, including workflows, scripts, and reports. Provide support and training to end-users to ensure efficient use of the system. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new features and system enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices. Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits. Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and new features, and assess their impact on the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus. How to apply for this opportunity?
