Must have skills required: ERP Consultant certifications, NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, Data Reporting, ETL tools, Netsuite Tools, sql databases, Strong background in NetSuite data structures and processes., Data Visualisation US top Auto Inspection company is Looking for: NetSuite Data Analyst: Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical NetSuite Data Analyst to lead a critical data cleanup and deduplication initiative. This role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues within our NetSuite ERP system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across business functions. Key responsibilities include: Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing NetSuite data, focusing on customer transaction records. Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent data entries and develop strategies for remediation. Design and implement data deduplication processes using NetSuite tools, saved searches, and scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to validate data and ensure alignment with business requirements. Create and maintain documentation of data standards, cleanup procedures, and deduplication logic. Monitor and report on data quality metrics and progress throughout the project lifecycle. Support ongoing data governance efforts by recommending improvements to data entry workflows and validation rules. Assist in training users on best practices for maintaining clean and accurate data in NetSuite. The Data Analyst should have a high degree of technical expertise and business acumen, as well as strong results-orientation, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. They will also need to be knowledgeable about IT systems and data management processes. Key Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst, DBA, data architect, or a similar role. Strong background in NetSuite data structures and processes. Must have reporting and data visualization skills. Experience generating ad-hoc queries along with optimization and performance tuning of queries and tables. Experience in data warehousing technologies, including ETL tools, SQL databases, and data modeling techniques. Good organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Must possess the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to adhere to committed schedules Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
