In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to improve business processes, enhance user experience, and support data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will be key in ensuring the effective use of NetSuite across departments such as Finance, Operations, and Procurement. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to users, helping them leverage the full potential of the NetSuite system. Key Responsibilities Manage and customize NetSuite instances to meet the business needs and goals; Configure and maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions; Implement and manage workflows, process automation, and validation rules to optimize business operations; Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance and operational metrics; Provide ongoing training and support to users, ensuring effective utilization of NetSuite tools; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements; Stay updated on NetSuite releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements where necessary; Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity; Assist in data migrations and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with strong knowledge of NetSuite best practices; NetSuite Administrator certification is highly desirable; Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management modules; Experience managing user accounts, roles, and permissions; Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and process automation within NetSuite; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; Experience with data management tools and data migration processes; Familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is a plus.
