About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals with mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Clinical Data Management.

We are seeking professionals who can independently drive discussions, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a Microsoft-centric environment. This role is ideal for individuals who think beyond execution, take ownership, Lead and mentor a team and effectively use AI tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Microsoft Technology Exposure
• .NET / .NET Core and C#
• Front end React, Angular
• Azure fundamentals – App Services, Functions, Storage
• SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Power Platform exposure – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (preferred)
• Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• AI Tools & Modern Development Exposure (Mandatory)
• Experience with one or more of the below AI-assisted development tools/platforms:
• GitHub Copilot,Cursor AI,Claude AI,ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs,Microsoft Copilot,Azure OpenAI Services
• AI-assisted debugging, code generation, testing, documentation, and automation workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and solution discussions with business and overseas stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables

• Manage delivery across multiple initiatives, including risks, priorities, and dependencies

• Contribute to solution design across Microsoft applications, cloud, and data platforms

• Leverage AI and Microsoft tools to improve productivity and delivery quality

• Support end-to-end execution including documentation, coordination, testing oversight, and follow-ups

• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
