.Net Fullstack Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled software developer to help with the development of projects within the Account Lifecycle Management domain, that span different technologies and requirements. You will be working with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

A software developer's day involves attending a morning stand-up meeting, reviewing code, working on complex coding tasks, collaborating with team members, and participating in design and architecture discussions. They also attend meetings like sprint planning and retrospectives, monitor project progress, deploy code, and mentor junior developers. By the end of the day, they review their progress, update documentation, and prepare for the next day's tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Work on a team that is responsible for the design, implementation, and development of dynamic account opening and account maintenance applications

· Explore and implement AI based solutions to enhance the account opening and client onboarding systems

· Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design and implementation of industry best practices adhering to LPL’s modernization practices, cloud practices, SDLC, and release management processes

· Develop positive relationships with business partners to understand their needs, manage expectations, deliver value-add solutions and support translation of problem statements into system requirements

· Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and show success through KPIs

· Full application life-cycle coordination and management of deliverables in alignment with best practices and organizational compliance goals

· Collaborate with other shared services teams (technical and non-technical) to ensure solutions and platforms are both functional and sustainable

· Use customer and business feedback to inform roadmaps and non-functional goals

· Use AI to identify potential bugs and suggest fixes in real-time as you write code

· Code Refactoring: Employing AI to suggest and automate code refactoring, improving code quality and maintainability

· Documentation Generation: Utilizing AI to generate documentation for code, including comments, function descriptions, and usage examples

· Leverage AI to provide intelligent code completions, reducing the time spent on writing repetitive code.

Requirements:

· AI Awareness, Design & Productivity Expectations

· We expect engineers and technology leaders to be AI-aware, AI-enabled, and design-conscious, leveraging modern AI and design tools responsibly to improve developer productivity, user experience, code quality, and delivery speed.

· Candidates should demonstrate practical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development and design tools as part of their regular workflow, including but not limited to:

· Using AI copilots and coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar tools to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability

· Applying Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek or equivalent to:

· Generate, review, and refactor code

· Assist with debugging, log analysis, and root-cause investigation

· Create and improve unit tests, edge-case coverage, and documentation

· Leveraging AI for intelligent code completion, boilerplate generation, refactoring suggestions, and early bug detection, with strong engineering judgment applied to all AI-generated outputs

· Utilizing AI-assisted documentation generation to produce clear technical documentation, comments, and usage guides

· Demonstrating familiarity with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma to:

· Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers and product teams

· Review, interpret, and translate design specifications into high-quality implementations

· Contribute to design discussions with an engineering perspective on feasibility, performance, and accessibility

· Understanding and practicing responsible AI usage, including data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and avoidance of sensitive or proprietary data exposure

· Hands-on daily usage of AI and design tools to improve development efficiency and reduce repetitive work

· Ability to interpret Figma designs accurately and implement pixel-aware, responsive UIs

· Strong judgment in validating and refining AI-generated outputs

· Understanding of .NET Core and .NET Framework

· Ability to create and consume RESTful services

· Experience with Angular or a similar framework

· Knowledge of core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda

· CI/CD using GitHub repositories

· Experience with AI-powered tools like Copilot to generate code snippets, boilerplate code, and entire functions based on natural language descriptions

.Net, C #, ASP.NET

Angular/ReactJS/Javascript/UI Development

Hands on experience in AI/ML(GitHub/Copilot/Cursor/Antigravity/ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Deepseek – any one)

Any Cloud exp is mandatory
