Job Overview:

We are looking for an inspired Developer with a background in development of web applications leveraging technologies including C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular. With LPL you will have the opportunity to be part of a team transforming user experiences with self-service features that enable and empower our advisors in support of the LPL Risk & Compliance domain.

Responsibilities:

· Deep understanding and seasoned on Web UI development using Container frameworks

· Develop end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality

· Web Based UI Performance Tuning industry best solution design

· Collaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production

· Working on Agile projects with CI/CD

· Work collaboratively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to

· Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements

· Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems

· Hands on Web and C#/ Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms

· Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners

· Application resiliency, scalability and performance design

Requirements:

· Establish best practices for AI-assisted development and design collaboration within the team

· Guide engineers on effective use of AI tools and accurate translation of Figma designs into scalable solutions

· Evaluate and recommend AI and design tools that enhance team productivity and software quality

AI Awareness, Design & Productivity Expectations

We expect engineers and technology leaders to be AI-aware, AI-enabled, and design-conscious, leveraging modern AI and design tools responsibly to improve developer productivity, user experience, code quality, and delivery speed.

Candidates should demonstrate practical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development and design tools as part of their regular workflow, including but not limited to:

· Using AI copilots and coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar tools to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability

· Applying Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek or equivalent to:

o Generate, review, and refactor code

o Assist with debugging, log analysis, and root-cause investigation

o Create and improve unit tests, edge-case coverage, and documentation

· Leveraging AI for intelligent code completion, boilerplate generation, refactoring suggestions, and early bug detection, with strong engineering judgment applied to all AI-generated outputs

· Utilizing AI-assisted documentation generation to produce clear technical documentation, comments, and usage guides

· Demonstrating familiarity with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma to:

o Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers and product teams

o Review, interpret, and translate design specifications into high-quality implementations

o Contribute to design discussions with an engineering perspective on feasibility, performance, and accessibility

· Understanding and practicing responsible AI usage, including data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and avoidance of sensitive or proprietary data exposure

· Developer with minimum 8+ years of extensive design and implementation of complex systems in Web, .Net stack and web services (REST/SOAP)

· Full stack developer with 5+ years of experience in web/service-oriented application

· 3+ years’ experience in Angular/ReactJS/JavaScript

· Must have experience in .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, JSON

· Hands on experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning

· Hands on experience in Devops Tools – Github/ Liquibase

Core Competencies:

· Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns

· REST services, SQL Server & Node development experience

· MS Visual Studio, Visio, Postman, SoapUI, SQL Server Query execution

· Oracle database SQL knowledge

· Implementation experience with AWS for service pool and Angular

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong experience in Code Architecture and Design Principles.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Troubleshooting Critical Incident on timely manner

· Innovative, self-driven and quick learner abreast of latest technologies

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field

Key skills we are looking for:

Overall experience is 8-10 years

.Net/ C #/ ASP.NET

Angular/ReactJS/Javascript

Hands on experience in AI/ML(GitHub/Copilot/Cursor/Antigravity/ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Deepseek – any one)

Any Cloud experience is mandatory

Preferences:

· Experience writing unit tests using any of these technologies VS Tests, NUnit, JUnit, MUnit, Jasmin/Karma is a plus

· Snowflake experience

· Team City, Octopus, Jira

· Hands on experience implementing self-service portals

· Experience developing customer service applications

· Knowledge of estimation, tools and principles

· Exposure to Cloud based application design and implementation
