Position Details

Role: .NET Full Stack Lead

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web-based applications to solve complex business problems.
• Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
• Work across the full stack, leveraging modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end services.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and priorities.
• Take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience & Background

• 6+ years of professional experience in an IT or business environment and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (.NET Framework / .NET Core) and C#.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 2+ years of experience with React.
• Experience working with source control systems such as Git.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in web application development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating complex business logic using JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, repository structure, and dependency injection.
• Strong database skills, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, Windows Server, and GitHub.
• Ability to debug, analyze, and enhance existing code written by others.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Working knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts.

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, and XML.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
