Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET Full-Stack Developer specialized in financial services and investment banking. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure trading, risk management, and back-office applications. You will collaborate closely with domain experts, quant teams, and infrastructure specialists to deliver scalable solutions that meet complex financial workflows, regulatory standards, and performance requirements, supporting the organization?s strategic initiatives in financial technology. Software Requirements Required Skills: Extensive experience in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework (7+ years) Front-end frameworks: Angular or React (hands-on experience, 3+ years) REST API development and integration, WebSockets, and microservices architecture SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational database design Version control: Git Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in finance Preferred Skills: Cloud platforms: Azure and AWS Experience with FIX Protocol and market data feeds Knowledge of low-latency systems and trading platform architecture Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) Overall Responsibilities Design and build end-to-end scalable, secure applications supporting trading, risk management, and reporting functions. Develop and optimize backend systems using ASP.NET Core, C#, and microservices architectures. Create rich, interactive, and responsive front-end interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks. Integrate with external systems, including third-party APIs, FIX Protocol market data feeds, and trading platforms. Collaborate with domain experts, traders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards specific to financial services. Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive technical documentation, and adhere to best practices. Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of applications in production environments. Stay informed about industry trends, enabling continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory requirements.
