Role Description

Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (6–10 Years Experience) Overall Experience

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in software design and development using Microsoft technologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • NET & Backend Development
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
  • Experience with Web API, RESTful APIs, Web Services
  • Experience with WCF, Windows Services
  • Hands-on experience with Worker Services
  • Strong knowledge of Multithreading
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Strong grasp of Design Patterns and Design Principles
  • Unit testing experience using xUnit
  • Experience in Microservices architecture (added advantage)

Frontend / UI Frameworks

  • Experience with Angular
  • Knowledge of Blazor
  • (Nice to have: React.js)

Database Skills

  • Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server
  • Writing complex queries, Joins, Stored Procedures
  • SQL Profiling and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of database performance optimization

DevOps & Tools

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Harness (Good to have)
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes
  • Experience with Source Control systems: Git / Bitbucket / SVN
  • Working knowledge of JIRA Agile and Confluence

Cloud & Additional Skills (Good To Have)

  • AWS knowledge: SQS, SNS, Lambda
  • AWS Cloud experience
  • Knowledge of SQL Kata
  • CodeBuild exposure
  • Financial domain / Payment gateway experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs
  • Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems
  • Work closely with product and support teams to prioritize solutions
  • Participate in system design discussions and technical architecture decisions
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional (Onsite + Offshore) teams
  • Clearly explain technical architecture, data flow, and design decisions
  • Work in US overlap timings (minimum 3 hours)
