Role Overview

KoinBX is seeking a Senior Associate – Legal & Compliance to support its legal, regulatory, and

corporate compliance functions. The role involves contract management, statutory compliance,

regulatory coordination, and legal advisory support across the organisation. The ideal candidate

will demonstrate strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

legal and compliance responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities:

● NEST JS Development:

○ Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance

applications using NEST JS.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship

new features.

● Cryptocurrency Exchange Integration:

○ Integrate NEST JS applications with cryptocurrency exchange

platforms.

○ Implement APIs and connectors for seamless interaction with various

blockchain networks.

● Technical Leadership:

○ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

○ Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best

practices.

● Security:

○ Implement security measures to safeguard against potential threats in

cryptocurrency transactions.

● Optimization and Performance:

○ Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure the smooth

operation of cryptocurrency exchange features.

○ Implement optimization strategies for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

● Experience:

○ 3+ years of hands-on experience with NEST JS development.

○ Proven track record of working on cryptocurrency exchange platforms.

● Technical Skills:

○ Proficient in TypeScript.

○ Strong understanding of API development and integration.

● Communication:

○ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

○ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders.

● Team Player:

○ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic

environment.

○ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
