Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and online lectures for NDA Mathematics covering the complete syllabus.
Prepare students for NDA Written Examination with a focus on conceptual clarity, speed, and accuracy.
Design structured lesson plans, study material, assignments, and practice worksheets.
Develop and conduct chapter-wise tests, sectional tests, and full-length mock examinations.
Analyze student performance and provide personalized mentoring to improve scores.
Simplify complex mathematical concepts through practical teaching methodologies.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
Prepare previous years' paper analyses and expected question banks.
Continuously update teaching content based on changing examination trends.
Guide students on examination strategy, time management, and problem-solving techniques.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and learning outcomes.
Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and student orientation programs.
Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentation.
Contribute towards digital learning initiatives including recorded lectures and online content creation.
