Job Description

Key Responsibilities

NDA Written Examination Coaching

Deliver classroom sessions for the General Ability Test (GAT) of the UPSC NDA examination.
Teach and mentor students in:

Develop structured lesson plans, study material, assignments, question banks, and mock tests aligned with the latest UPSC NDA syllabus and examination pattern.
Conduct topic-wise, sectional, and full-length mock tests, followed by detailed performance analysis and feedback.

SSB Preparation Support

Assist students in developing Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) required for the SSB selection process.
Conduct sessions on:

Guide students on effective presentation, confidence building, and decision-making.

Student Mentoring

Monitor individual student progress and provide personalized academic mentoring.
Counsel students on examination strategy, time management, and preparation techniques.
Identify learning gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.

Curriculum Development

Prepare and continuously update teaching material, practice papers, assignments, and test series.
Review changes in the UPSC NDA syllabus and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Collaborate with faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and student outcomes.

Parent & Academic Engagement

Participate in parent counselling sessions and academic reviews.
Support admissions through seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions related to defence careers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Arts, Science, Humanities, English, Political Science, History, Geography, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification teaching experience in NDA/CDS/AFCAT/Defence examination coaching.
Experience teaching General Aptitude for UPSC NDA is mandatory.
Ex-Defence Personnel with teaching experience will be preferred.
