Description Navtech is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Python Developer who enjoys solving complex problems, working with modern technologies, and collaborating within a fast-paced startup environment. What Youll Do as a Python Developer at Navtech : Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code; debug and troubleshoot applications. Participate in the full software development lifecycleconcept, design, development, deployment, testing, and release. Develop backend components to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability. Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Work with various data storage solutions (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Collaborate with product teams on new features, prototypes, and effort estimations. Drive best practices in code quality, architecture, and development processes. Implement security, data protection, and performance optimization solutions. Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 2+ years of experience as a Python Developer with hands-on exposure to frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Strong understanding of ORMs and ability to work with relational and NoSQL databases. Experience integrating multiple data sources into unified systems Familiarity with related technologies: JavaScript, APIs, HTML, Apache/Nginx, PHP (optional). Proficient with version control tools like Git or SVN. Exposure to NoSQL systems such as Redis, Cassandra, etc. Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure preferred). Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, communication skills, and experience interacting with clients.
