Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to head our national sales team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the tyre retreading industry, with a strong background in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with tyre tube and patches, tread rubber dealers, and retreading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across different locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including tyre tube and patches, tread rubber dealers, and retreading businesses
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and plans
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize sales strategies
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development in the tyre retreading industry
- Proven experience working with tyre tube and patches, tread rubber dealers, and retreading businesses
- Strong understanding of the tyre retreading industry and market trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
- ₹2.2 Per month or ₹24 LPA
