About the Company



We are hiring for a nationally recognized leader in outdoor playgrounds, sports infrastructure, and outdoor fitness solutions, with deep penetration in the real estate developer and public-sector markets across India.



About the Role



We are now looking to aggressively and systematically scale this segment through a single, highly experienced specialist who already understands this market inside out.



Responsibilities



  • National School Outreach & Market Penetration
  • Proactively reach out to top-tier schools, school chains, and educational institutions across India.
  • Leverage an existing database, relationships, and decision-maker access (principals, management, trustees, school boards).


  • One-Stop Solution Evangelist
  • Clearly communicate and position as a single-vendor, end-to-end solution provider for all school sports and fitness needs.
  • Educate schools on the breadth of offerings, certifications, safety standards, and long-term value—something the market currently underestimates.


  • Lead Generation & Partnership Closure
  • Generate qualified, decision-ready enquiries and convert them into partnerships.
  • Close institutional tie-ups, empanelments, and long-term associations with school groups.
  • Hand over region-specific leads seamlessly to internal sales teams for execution, while retaining ownership of the relationship.


  • Strategic Growth & Market Intelligence
  • Identify gaps, trends, and emerging opportunities in the school infrastructure segment.
  • Advise management on product positioning, pricing strategies, and bundled offerings specifically for schools.
  • Help create scalable outreach frameworks that can later be expanded into a larger vertical.



Qualifications



  • Must have prior, hands-on experience selling playgrounds, sports infrastructure, or allied products to schools across India.
  • Must come with an existing and active network/database of schools and decision-makers.
  • Must have a proven track record of institutional sales closures in the school segment.


Required Skills



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven sales skills and experience in a similar role.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in the education sector.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and certifications related to playgrounds and sports infrastructure.
