As part of the Software Engineering team you will design and develop scalable, top-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will lead front-end architecture initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across teams to implement innovative solutions while leveraging modern frameworks like React and Next.js. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable web applications with exceptional performance Lead initiatives for front-end architecture and innovative practices Mentor junior developers to support their growth Collaborate with teams to implement creative solutions Leverage modern frameworks such as React and Next.js Analyze user requirements to inform application design Deliver exceptional user experiences through impactful development Stay updated on industry trends and technologies What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript Experience with microfrontend architecture and SSR optimization Familiarity with Jest and React Testing Library Leadership and mentorship experience in front-end development Collaborating effectively across engineering and design teams Optimizing performance through advanced caching strategies Contributing to design system evolution and accessibility Staying updated with emerging front-end frameworks
