Nanny

Role Description The Nanny at Scalient will provide attentive, reliable care for children in an on-site setting located in New Delhi. This full-time role includes supervising daily routines, ensuring safety, engaging children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, and supporting their emotional well-being. Responsibilities include preparing nutritious meals and snacks, assisting with basic hygiene and bedtime routines, and maintaining a clean, organized child-friendly environment. The Nanny will collaborate with parents or guardians to follow household guidelines, support early childhood development, and communicate regularly about the children’s progress and needs. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and activities is important in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Babysitting and Childcare skills, with experience supervising children in a safe and supportive environment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Working With Children and Early Childhood Development, including knowledge of age-appropriate learning and behavior management.
• Candidates should possess basic Cooking skills, with the ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with children and adults, and to follow family routines and guidelines.
• Demonstrated patience, reliability, and emotional maturity, with a commitment to child safety and well-being.
• Prior experience in a nanny, childcare, or teaching assistant role is preferred.
• Relevant training or certification in childcare, first aid, or CPR is an advantage.
